
Dale is a seasoned executive with a successful track record of founding, operating and advising high-growth companies. Dale has filled a number of executive positions through his career, and in 1996 he co-founded Crossroads Systems and served as COO through its successful IPO in 1999. Dale has advised and invested in early stage companies across multiple industries including Information Technology, Financial Information Systems, Oil and Gas, and Real Estate. In addition, he serves on the board of Spirit Reins, a non profit that provides equine-assisted, hands-on counseling for children and caregivers.

Kay Kizo Hiramine has a successful track record as an entrepreneur in the private and non-profit sectors, founding multiple international for profit and non-profit entities. Kay began his career at Procter & Gamble and has founded and led a $20mm annual revenue international consulting firm as well as a humanitarian NGO that started over 800 micro enterprises and funded over $44mm in global philanthropic work. Kay serves on numerous boards that are working to decrease systemic poverty while increasing livelihoods around the world. Kay is globally known as “netweaver of relationships” and has friends around the world spanning the private, public and non-profit spaces. Kay is married to Julie, with five daughters. Kay and his family split time residing between Colorado Springs, CO and SE Asia.

Mr. Patton has international experience providing M&A, Finance and Merchant Banking services to Family Office, Foundation, and Institutional clients across multiple industries. He founded and served as Managing Partner of Trivium Strategic Capital, a Private investment and advisory firm, and has led acquisition, management and disposition of more than 100 real estate assets throughout his career. Mr. Patton has served a number of charities throughout his career, including as a founding board member of The Bless Foundation, and advisor to The Archibald Project.

Pablo has a successful track record as a mentor and a coach. His career in coaching began in tennis where he worked with some of the best female tennis players in the world. His served as the Captain for a team in the 2008 Beijing Olympics and helped his clients reach the final stages of Grand Slams on their way to achieving top world rankings. Several years ago he began to mentor C-suite business leaders who are responsible for leading multi-million dollar companies. Through his work he helps clients perform successfully in high stress environments, while remaining true to their core beliefs and identity. He is the author of two highly acclaimed books and thrives on seeing people fulfil their God given potential. Pablo supports social justice organizations that provide housing and education for orphan and abandoned children in South Africa. He is the father of 5 children and lives in Tel Aviv, Israel with his wife Madeleine.
